Real Meals Basmati Rice – Double is a lightweight, freeze-dried side designed to build out bigger backcountry meals. Made in New Zealand, this double serve delivers plain basmati rice in a compact format that pairs easily with curries, stews and protein add-ins.

Preparation is simple: add hot water directly to the pouch, stir, seal and allow to stand until fully rehydrated. It fluffs into a neutral, grain-based base that helps increase overall calorie intake and meal volume on multi-day hikes.
