Offgrid Outback Lamb Curry – Single is a ready-to-eat MRE designed for hearty, flavour-forward fuel in the outdoors. Made in Australia, this single serve delivers tender lamb in a rich curry sauce, fully cooked and sealed in a durable, shelf-stable retort pouch for backcountry reliability.

This is not a freeze-dried meal and does not require rehydration. Eat it cold straight from the pouch, or heat by placing the sealed pouch in boiling water for several minutes until warmed through. No water ratios, no standing time — just heat and eat.

Heavier than freeze-dried alternatives but extremely straightforward, Offgrid Outback Lamb Curry – Single suits shorter hikes, vehicle-based trips, emergency kits or situations where convenience and dependable preparation matter more than shaving every gram.

Long Shelf Life

All our freeze dry meals have a shelf life of at least 12 months from the date of purchase. From time to time we sell freeze dry with a shorter shelf life but this will be marked as 'clearance' and you'll snag a discount.

Instructions

Place bag in boiling water for about 5 minutes, tear open, and eat. Alternatively, empty into a pot and heat through and summer.

Australian Lamb Meat (28%), Diced Tomatoes [Diced Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)], Chickpeas (Water, Chickpeas, Sea Salt), Red Onion, Carrots, Herbs & Spices Mix (4.9%) (Coriander, Ginger, Garlic, Cumin, Turmeric, Cardamom, Star Anise, Cinnamon, Cloves, Chilli), Sunflower Oil, Corn Starch, Sea Salt.
