Offgrid Bloody Good Beef Bolognaise – Single is a ready-to-eat MRE built for simple, substantial fuel in the outdoors. Made in Australia, this single serve delivers a fully cooked beef bolognaise-style meal in a durable, shelf-stable retort pouch designed for reliability on the trail.

This is not a freeze-dried meal and does not require rehydration. Eat it cold straight from the pouch, or heat by placing the sealed pouch in boiling water for several minutes until warmed through. No measuring, no waiting for water absorption — just heat and eat.

Heavier than freeze-dried options but highly convenient, Offgrid Bloody Good Beef Bolognaise – Single is well suited to shorter hikes, emergency kits or trips where simplicity and dependable preparation matter more than minimising pack weight.

Long Shelf Life

All our freeze dry meals have a shelf life of at least 12 months from the date of purchase. From time to time we sell freeze dry with a shorter shelf life but this will be marked as 'clearance' and you'll snag a discount.

Instructions

Place bag in boiling water for about 5 minutes, tear open, and eat. Alternatively, empty into a pot and heat through and summer.
