Forager Foods - Freeze Dried Mild Cheddar Cheese Cubes is made with proper Australian mild cheddar, freeze-dried in Tasmania into light, crunchy bite-sized cubes. All the water is gently removed, concentrating its creamy, savoury flavour into a lightweight snack that needs no refrigeration.

Milder and more delicate than the Tasty Cheddar, it is an easy addition to a hiking-food stash—great straight from the bag, tucked into wraps, or scatter it through freeze-dried pasta meals like the Real Meals Mac 'n' Cheese or Campers Pantry Penne Bolognese for an easy hit of real cheese. The cubes hold their shape, stay crisp and deliver the comfort of real cheese without the weight or worry of carrying it fresh.

All our freeze dry and MRE meals have at least 12 months of shelf life left, usually way way more, at time of purchase. Anything shorter than that, we'll sell it as a 'clearance' item at a discount. More info.
