Firepot Porcini Mushroom Risotto is a rich and creamy blend of Arborio rice with pan-fried porcini and chestnut mushrooms, cooked in a flavourful mushroom stock and finished with fresh flat-leaf parsley and a squeeze of lemon. With generous slices of juicy mushrooms and just the right amount of bite, it’s comforting, hearty and tastes like real home cooking.
Each 135g serve delivers around 560 calories, offering a strong calories-to-weight ratio for overnight and multi-day trips.
