Orders are packed with care and dispatched within 1-2 business day from our warehouse in Melbourne and are shipped using reliable shipping partners and are fully trackable.
Some of the items we list are on 'special order'. This means we don't hold stock but we can order it in from our supplier and have it in our hot little hands within a few days. If you order a 'special order' item we'll upgrade you to Express Post so when we dispatch it it'll be super quick to get to you.

We don't store our product in some hot steel box of a warehouse. Our facilities are air conditioned and maintain a stable ambient temperature. This keeps our products in top-top condition.
