On Track Meals Coconut Ginger Chicken – Single is a ready-to-eat MRE designed to deliver flavour-forward, no-fuss fuel in the outdoors. Made in Australia, this single serve features tender chicken in a coconut and ginger sauce, fully cooked and sealed in a durable, shelf-stable retort pouch for backcountry reliability.
This is not a freeze-dried meal and does not require rehydration. Eat it cold straight from the pouch, or heat by placing the sealed pouch in boiling water or using a flameless heater bag until warmed through. No water ratios, no standing time — just heat and eat.
Heavier than freeze-dried alternatives but highly convenient, On Track Meals Coconut Ginger Chicken – Single is well suited to shorter hikes, emergency kits or trips where simplicity and dependable preparation matter more than minimising pack weight.
Long Shelf Life
All our freeze dry meals have a shelf life of at least 12 months from the date of purchase. From time to time we sell freeze dry with a shorter shelf life but this will be marked as 'clearance' and you'll snag a discount.

- To prepare, just throw the pouch in boiling water for 3 minutes (or use one of our Flameless Heater bags)
- Eat them on their own or with your favourite side dishes
