Firepot Tuscan Stew is a mellow, feel-good meal inspired by Ribollita, the hearty Italian stew traditionally enjoyed by Tuscany’s farming communities. Slow-cooked with cannellini beans, plenty of cavolo nero and Dorset sourdough bread, it’s rich, warming and comforting, with plenty of flavour to soak up in every bite.

Each 120g serve delivers around 465 calories, offering a strong calories-to-weight ratio for overnight and multi-day trips. Cannellini beans provide plant-based protein and fibre, while cavolo nero and sourdough bread add texture and satisfying carbohydrates to make this a filling meal after a long day on the trail.

Firepot Tuscan Stew dehydrated hiking meal is a hearty, vegan option with the comforting flavours of an Italian home-cooked stew. Add boiling water, wait, and eat straight from the pouch.
