Firepot Green Gumbo brings a taste of New Orleans to the trail with a vegan take on the classic Gumbo Z’Herbes. Packed with seven different greens, including nourishing kale, cabbage, spring greens, spinach, parsley and watercress, it’s earthy, hearty and full of authentic Southern flavour.

Each 110g serve delivers around 470 calories, offering an excellent calories-to-weight ratio for overnight and multi-day trips. Served with rice and packed with a variety of leafy greens, it’s a satisfying combination of carbohydrates, vegetables, and warming flavours to keep you fuelled on the trail.

Firepot Green Gumbo dehydrated hiking meal is an earthy, vegan option inspired by a New Orleans classic. Add boiling water, wait, and eat straight from the pouch.
