Back Orders/Special Orders

From time to time we don't have a product in stock but you can still buy it. Here's the rundown.

Back Orders

This means we have sold out of an item and we're waiting on new stock to arrive. As of 24 March 2026 back order items will be dispatched on 13 April 2026—our warehouse will be closed from 31 March to 12 April as we're going hiking, but stock will still be coming in but we won't get to pack orders until 13 April. 

Special Orders

We don't stock these items but we can get them in. Generally, it can take up to 5 business days for us to receive a special order item—MSR and GSI are way quicker. Once we receive it we'll ship express to speed things up.
