Orders are packed with care and dispatched within 1 business day from our warehouse in Sydney and are shipped using reliable shipping partners and are fully trackable.
Some of the items we list are on 'special order'. This means we don't hold stock but we can order it in from our supplier and have it in our hot little hands within a few days. If you order a 'special order' item we'll upgrade you to Express Post so when we dispatch it it'll be super quick to get to you.

Want to click and collect? Absolutely you can. We're in the warehouse from 10-3pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, and welcome you to stop by and have a chat. Just give us a call on 0466 655 973 before you pop by so we can let you in.
Our warehouse is temperature controlled
We don't store our product in some hot steel box of a warehouse. Our facilities are air conditioned and never go over 25 degrees. This keeps our products in top-top condition.

We've been hiking for over 25 years and have taken a lot of freeze dry and energy bars in that time. We know a thing or two about eating well on the track.
