Some products are on 'special order'. This means we don't hold stock but we can order it in from our supplier and have it in our hot little hands within a few days. If you order a 'special order' item we'll upgrade you to Express Post so when we dispatch it it'll be super quick to get to you.

We don't sell end-of-line meals. We rotate our stock regularly to ensure you buy the best quality.

What do we do if we do have freeze dry or MRE that's got less than 12 months of shelf life? We list it on our clearance page and you can buy it at a healthy discount.

We don't store our product in some hot steel box of a warehouse. Our facilities are air conditioned and maintain a stable ambient temperature. This keeps our products in top-top condition.

We've been hiking for over 25 years and have eaten a lot of freeze dry and energy bars in that time. We know a thing or two about eating well on the track.
